Mark Wilson, investment director at Savills, comments: “We are pleased to have secured the sale of One Sovereign Street for Gatehouse Bank. The Leeds investment market continues to go from strength to strength this year with big ticket sales such as this one leading us to believe office investment transaction volumes will be above £400 million in 2018.”
Fahed Boodai, Chairman of Gatehouse Financial Group, adds: “It gives us great pleasure to have exited One Sovereign Street. Gatehouse Bank has established a track record of sourcing and advising on UK real estate investments and our expertise has delivered strong returns for investors, who continue to view UK commercial real estate as a favourable investment asset class.
” Boodai added: The group will continue with the strategy we set out in the past years with the aim of enabling our clients to gain access to different real estate asset classes from housing, business or office properties through to manufacturing and services, and providing them with wealth preservation, asset management and customer service excellence."
