Gatehouse Bank announces new COO and Head of HR appointments

Gatehouse Bank plc is pleased to announce the following appointments. Tim Blease is joining Gatehouse as Chief Operating Officer. Sharron Harvey is joining as Executive Vice President, Head of HR.

Tim’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Gatehouse Bank. Tim will be contributing to Gatehouse’s new strategy including its move into retail mortgages. His previous roles include New Business Strategy and Innovation Director at Shawbrook Bank and Head of Retail Credit Risk at Metro Bank.

Sharron joins Gatehouse Bank from Habib Bank Zurich and has twenty years HR experience mainly in the financial sector. Sharron will be focusing on developing and implementing an enhanced HR strategy.

Both roles will report to the CEO, and join the EXCO team.
